Studio Renovation

Over the past year we’ve reached our highest enrollment since we opened, 220 weekly lessons! While we’re so excited to hit this milestone, we’ve realized our facility is limiting our growth potential. We’ve also felt the strain of being spread across two locations. As we’ve evaluated our future strategy, we’ve decided the best path forward is to (1) renovate our studio to add more rooms and (2) move all of our Brookhaven students (about 15% of our enrollment) downtown. We have two rooms at Brookhaven and we are only able to use them three days a week. This renovation will give us three new rooms and allow us to open them Monday through Saturday. We’ve hired a contractor and renovations are set for January 6th-25th! We’re so excited to be creating more opportunities for music education for our community! 

Temporary Location

Beginning Monday, January 6th and continuing through Friday, January 26th, all lessons at the studio will be moved to a nearby temporary location at the Morrow Renewables Building (231 E. Hunt St). Brookhaven lessons will continue at Brookhaven until the renovations are complete (we will send more information on moving to the studio later this month). The owner of the Morrow Renewables Building, Luke Morrow, has graciously offered to let us use the 2nd floor as our temporary studio. Parking is located across Hunt street in the city lot (see map). 

Lessons after 5:00pm will need to use the code 1756 to enter the building. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and go through the glass door. Our temporary studio will be to the right.
